A fire hydrant system is a network of hydrant valves, underground and above-ground piping, hose reels, hose boxes and landing valves fed by the facility's fire pump house — giving firefighters and trained staff direct access to pressurized water at multiple points across a site, rather than relying on a single connection.

Large or spread-out facilities can't depend on one point of water access — a properly designed hydrant network puts pressurized water within reach of every part of the site, and it's a standard requirement when applying for a Fire NOC in India.

We run the hydraulic design and calculations for hydrant spacing and pipe sizing, lay the underground and above-ground piping, install hydrant valves, landing valves, hose reels and hose boxes, and connect fire brigade connection points — tying the whole network back to the facility's fire pump house.

Hydrant spacing and pipe sizing have to guarantee minimum pressure and flow at the farthest hydrant on the network, not just the one closest to the pump room — an underspecified network can look fine near the source and still fail exactly where a fire is most likely to need it.

Underground piping corrodes and valves seize up without regular use, so a hydrant that looks fine on a visual inspection won't necessarily deliver adequate flow when the pump actually kicks in. Our pressure and flow testing catches that gap before an emergency does.
